Boyd Hilton (as seen on TV – you'd know him if you saw him) once described Stefan as a "what you see is what you get type of guy". As Stefan is extremely good-looking, this means what you get must be really good... But Lucie Cave (Editor of heat magazine) nailed it when she said, "He's definitely a character alright."

stefan michalakThe past couple of years have been crazy busy for me, between flying out to Georgia to interview the cast of American Pie: The Reunion to buying into a Canadian taco restaurant, I've hardly even had time to finish this self-indulgent sentence, let alone think about putting together a brand new website. But, as someone who creates websites for a living, not having my own made as much sense as setting fire to your own quivering hands.

To cut to the chase, this site is where I'll be uploading all of my recent video, web and graphic concepts, plus any other work I do – so get bookmarking.

I've also gone and added a blog section to the site, where I'll be writing about anything from how I got into the industry, to growing up poor, through to why I love chilli jam... Actually, I might not write about why I love chilli jam, that would be shit.

Projects:

My latest project was building a website and content management system for a Canadian pizza establishment – read more on the Projects page.

I'm currently working on a new concept for a social sharing site with a friend. We're mega- excited about this new concept and, as much as I'd love to tell you more, I don't want you stealing it and getting super-rich from it.
You're just going to have to wait until we release the beta version, which should be live by the end of 2012. Stay tuned for more.

I'm currently working on two projects: CCTVstore.co.uk, which is an eCommerce site running on my eFarm engine, along with all the branding and creating all the corporate identity for Modern Taco Company.

Maximum profit for minimum effort

D igital-farm.co.uk Ltd was a digital investment company created by a close friend Jan and myself in around 2006. From day one we always worked to one simple philosophy: "maximum profit for minimum effort". Although this makes us sound like a couple of lazy chancers, the reality is far from it. In order to realise our philosophy, we'd often work 16-hour days and this continued for several years until our hard work gave birth to eFarm – an eCommerce content management system that enables us to spawn eCommerce, drop-shipping and affiliate sites in a matter of days, instead of weeks or months.

Since then, Jan has jumped on the gravy train with his dad's antenna business and I now work as a content producer for heat magazine, all while our baby eFarm happily runs several drop-shipping sites, powered on our minimum effort for maximum profit philosophy.
